Update

HELLO 

I know I haven't updated in a few months so I thought I would stop by and drop a quick update for all my followers. I have finally finished my college Make-up and Hair course and I am just waiting to hear if I have passed or not, pretty sure I have :) Instead of going on to the Level 3 I was told to apply straight for Uni as this is what I was going to do after college anyway and I got in, had my interview at the begging of this month and got my letter to say I am in last week, wheyyy start in September can not wait!! I am doing Special Effects make up :) My other little bit of new is that I have changed my hair to natural colors to grow it over summer, I am really missing my pastel rainbow hair but I do like my current hair :)

Before hair, I miss this!!                                                                               New hair, for now!! :p

1920s Inspired Makeup

I thought I would give you one quick post before I go to bed on a makeup I did a few weeks ago. I turned my lovey friend Sarah into a beautiful 1920s styled doll. Here is a before of Sarah with minimal normal makeup on. 

And then after applying the makeup and doing finger waves in Sarah s hair this is what I transformed her into. 

I started this look by doing the eye first as they are quiet a heavy covered eye and I did not want to get any fall out onto the foundation so it was alot easier to do the eyes first. Firstly I used Painterly by Mac it is about  £15 in the Mac store and comes in alot of different colours, I like to used this Bare Study as I used it as a primer underneath any eye shadow as the shade sits better on the lid. I then used a beige color I have in a color pallet I bought for about £6 of ebay, I find any cheap shadows can be good as long as you have a good primer to put them over the top of. I then used Mac Fluidline in Blacktrack on the lid along the lash line and quickly smudged it out across the lid repeating untill the whole lid is over as

showen above, whne do this you have to work quickly as the Blacktrack can dry quiet fast. To set the Fluidline I just a coat o black eye shadow over the top of it and created a smokey blended effect around the edges of the black and also smoked the black under the bottom of the eye.

After the eyes I cleaned up and fall out and used Mac C1 Face and Body foundation on Sarah's skin as she is quiet pale and I wanted the look to be quiet pale anyway, as this was just a simple 1920s look I did not do any contouring I just added peach blusher on the apples of her cheeks, a redish pink lipstick by Barry M in the shape of a giggle lip and filled in the brows added mascara and pined her hair up at the back and did finger waves in the front.

Hello Follows

Hi Follows

So I have been a bit busy over the past couple of months with work, college and I have finally joined the gym and I have neglected my poor blog and followers. I am currently on my Easter holidays and have two and a half weeks of so I am going to put as many updates as I can over this space of time :) Yarr!! So I usually end up doing this update saying I am going to do stuff then I forget so I am actually going to start my first update now!! :) 

So in the last post I did I had half pink and half purple hair

This are all the hair colors I have had in the past few months that I have not been updating my blog :) I currently have half teal half purple but I am in the process of letting it fade out to do a new color for my b.day on the 13th April :) 

I am still studing Hair and Media Make up at college and its is going quiet well, I have only got a few weeks left and then in the summer I am going to get myself as much experince as possiable and do alot of freelance work. I also now have a facebook page with my college friend Jenn called Jexee MUA, please like our page and have a look at some of the work we have been doing up to yet :) I will post some stuff up ASAP of my work that I have done and I hope you can see the progress I have made since I last posted :) 

Here is a little taster of my stuff.

j'adore Dip-Dye hair

I not long go dyed my hair blonde and I am already bored of it so started looking at dip

dying it. I wasn't sure what colour and style I wanted it so here are a few styles I liked,

I love the green one with pink dip but I am not ready to dye the rest of my hair yet

same with then Lilac and Mint one, this look if defo going to be my next when I cave in 

and end up dying the rest of my hair aha. So after looking at loads and loads and loads

of pictures I decided it would be wiser to look at what hair colour I have instead of spending 

more money which I shouldn't on more hair dye which I don't need. 

These are the colours I found and chose:

I used Aquamarine at the top, Indigo Blue in the middle and mixed a small drop of Fire to the Indigo Blue

to make purple for the bottom. Here is how my extensions turned out.

What do you think? They are different length so the bits that look like they are dyed higher

up do blend in when they are in my hair.

☮Hippie vibes man!☮

So I have always loved Hippie culture as well as many others but recently

I have started growing quiet fond of the look that people like to call Hippy.

And my main reason for this is Gillian Zinser (Ivy from 90210)

I love her at the moment her long beach blonde washing surfer girl hair, her awesome

dress sense and her attitude are awesome. So then I looked into more beach blonde washing

Surfer girl hair styles and got so obsessed by this that I dyed my hair blonde (I still have a bit of color tho I can't go totally cold turkey :P) I am also in the middle of making a peace sign

necklace and earrings that I will post up when I am done, they are going to look great!

So what do you think of my new blonde look? My friends have been saying

that they like it but it is strange because I dont have loads of colour in it.

14. Cute socks

I have these cute anchor socks but I never wear socks I hate them, I mainly wear tights but if I am wearing none I don't wear socks, I just don't like the way they feel ahaha

I just bought a long black maxi skirt :)

16. You and someone wearing matching clothes I don't have the same clothes as anyone I know so I would say this is the closet thing to wearing the same clothes, be and my bf about 4 year's ago ahaha we look so stupid ahaha.

An article of clothing that you made or altered Not the best picture or dress in the world, but I made this dress, it was ment to have more diamonds around the bottom and have more shape to it but I was push for time when I decided to make it. It was for a Burlesque night I went to for my friends b.day in leeds.

My primark Panda oneis, although I did wear it around download! It was freezing!!!

Loving vertical stripes at the moment so going to buy myself this skirt and probs my first every maxi dress :)

These are my fave shoes but they are falling apart after only having them since April! So I am going shoe shopping tomorrow I think :)

say you wore I know to some people I might not look that bad but I look like a total barbie/wag wannabe!! Do not like it at all! I live my dress, heals, and jewelry but hair and hat an nails!! NO NO NO! This all together is just not me at all!!

My Iron Fist shark vest! I love Iron Fist and I love this vest! It is always my safe option if I don't know what to wear :)

Well Iron Fist is one of them but I didnt want to be boring and just have the vest as it so I got this from my old fave stor Pulp.

10. An outfit you wore on a special day

As you can probably tell this is a VERY old picture, about 2 years old I think, but this is probably the last special occasion I dressed up for haha I hate seeing myself dress like this and my hair so normal ahaha. The hot guy next to me is my lovely bf :)

11. A piece of jewellery that a Grandparent gave you

My Nanna gave me this Elephant bracelet a while ago now maybe 5 years or so, she brought it back from South Africa along with a ring with s cool stone in it which I lost a while ago :( But I still love this bracelet and wear it every now and again. 

12. A piece of jewelry that everyone complements you on

I would probably say I get complemented on this set the most out of all my jewelry, I don't wear it that much anymore but when I do people always ask me where I got it from. It was from TopShop I think, I remember it being about £8 for the bracelet and £15 for the necklace but I waited for a while for them to go in the sale and then I think I payed £3 for the bracelet and about £8 for the necklace I also have four little matching slides. Yes I loved it that much aha.

Lilac Love

Hello lazy Sunday bloggers :) Is everyone hung over and trying to recover with junk food like me?

So today I decied to paint my nails to go with my new lilac hair, at the moment I am in love with lilac! I am going to download festival in 2 weeks and I am thinking of doing my hair in Lilac and black dreads so I don't have to bother with it. I am also in the middle of making a long black dress and I think I am going to buy a lilac shirt.

This will hopfully be my complete outfit after making my skirt and then i will buy all of these items after I get back from download! What do you think? I am in love :)

For hanging out I mainly just wear skirts and band Tee's so I thought I would but this cute outfit together, sometimes I do end up wearing things like this when I am feeling in a mad, crazy color, cute Harajuku style mood :) 

8. Your most expensive article of clothing
I don't have one piece that is most expensive, these 3 items where around the same price I don't remember how much exactly. The hoody and bag are both Paul's Boutique, I got these both back in 2007 when I had quiet abit of money ahaha and these shoes are Tux which I think I got around the same time, they are battered tho as they are my fave and the ones that I can walk in best. 

9. A cute dress/ skirt

This was hard as I have about 25 dress's, I love dress I end up buying a new one for nearly every speical occasion which always seems to be when I got out ahaha. But I chosen this one as this is the latest one that I bought for my b.day in April, I didn't have a blog then so had no chance to show it of.
