Galaxy Nails

Hey Followers

So I though I would do a nail post as my first post back, I have just done these 

awesome Galaxy nails today using some on-line tutorials and some awesome nail varnish. 

The first tutorial I used was by a Miss Jen FABULOUS, she shows you and easy 

step to step tutorial where you can follow her along while doing your own nails, it

is super easy and looks amazing when done. I used different nails varnishes, as I didn't 

have the exact ones that she had, and also I used a glitter that was a lot stronger as 

I wanted more of a starry look.

 The second one I used was iiamjelly, I used this one simply because I wanted more of

a starry effect, so I looked for a tutorial with a star design on it to see how it looked before

butting them straight onto my nails myself, as I tend to go over board and add to much and ruin them ah.

Nails of the week....

This week I painted my nails glittery green and purple, two of my fave colors together I think they look great. The nail varnish is w7, I found it in savers for about £1. I love the color and how strong the glitter looks, but you have to apply it 3-4 times to get it this thick as it is just clear nail varnish with glitter in it. I prefer nail varnish that is colored with glitter in it, but who would say no to this as it was so cheap.

Lilac Love

Hello lazy Sunday bloggers :) Is everyone hung over and trying to recover with junk food like me?

So today I decied to paint my nails to go with my new lilac hair, at the moment I am in love with lilac! I am going to download festival in 2 weeks and I am thinking of doing my hair in Lilac and black dreads so I don't have to bother with it. I am also in the middle of making a long black dress and I think I am going to buy a lilac shirt.

This will hopfully be my complete outfit after making my skirt and then i will buy all of these items after I get back from download! What do you think? I am in love :)

I love Nail Art

Just wanted to put up pictures of nail art I have done in the past, I got a nail art set from ebay for about £12 for xmas from my lovely boyfriend. The make is Gizmo, you get 24 all together, and there is a mix of bright colors, dark's and glitter. The only think I would criticise about them is that they have a normal brush for painting your nails with but I don't think the actual nail varnish is that go or quality to use to paint a whole nail, they are fine for drawing your patterns on with but I would use a good quality nail varnish as a base coat. Also make sure you use clean nail varnish over the top to make the art last longer. I am going to post up new ones I have done as much as I can but here are some that I have done in the past. Please ask if you would like me to do any of these nails again with a tutorial.

Border Nails

So I decided to have a go at these cute new border nails that have came into trend

I wanted to do mine with a different twist to them, I need more practise on this but I think they are pretty cute, I think I also like the one coloured nails and I would of preferred black instead of grey.

Pastel nails

So I watched a tutorial on pastel nails and decided that I would have a go myself, I have done mine matte

as I do not have any clear nail varnish at the moment, I think they look a lot better with a coat of clear nail varnish for shin over the top.

Barry M Crakle Nail Polish £2.99 Boots, Rimmel Nail Varnish a give from a friend, Avon Nalish varnish 4 for £10 and Glitter nail varnish £15 for a nail art set on ebay.

Nails

Obviously I need some practise but this is how they turned out, you paint on your first layer then dab on the other colours you would like with tissue or a sponge, I put a coat of glitter other my second finger in to make it look a little different. Tell me your thoughts.
